Returns & Damages

Due to the limited-run and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives with significant damage resulting from shipping, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt and provide photographs of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label. Upon review, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the extent of the damage.

As each piece is finished by hand, minor variations, surface irregularities, and subtle finish imperfections are inherent to the making process and are not considered defects.

Free pick-up is available at the Studio in Mexico City.

National

Shipping is available via DHL at a standard rate.

International

Worldwide shipping is available via DHL at a standard rate. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a DHL tracking number to monitor delivery status.Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
